How does membership work?
You subscribe monthly; your credits refresh each month. Creator and Studio members also claim a bundle from that month's new drop. Cancel anytime — you keep access through the end of your billing period.
What's a credit?
One credit = one premium 4K video clip — that's the unit we build around. Photos are metered generously: roughly 20 photo downloads per credit. A photo bundle is 1 credit; a video bundle is a few.
Membership vs. credit packs?
Membership (recurring) is the best value and the only way to claim the monthly bundle drop, with rollover perks. Credit packs (one-time) are the flexible, no-commitment option — buy them when you need them, top up anytime.
Do credits expire?
Credit-pack credits are good for 12 months. Membership credits refresh each month; Creator members roll unused credits over for one month.
What's the monthly bundle drop?

What license do I get?
Every download includes a standard commercial license for digital, social, advertising, broadcast, and editorial use. Studio memberships include an extended license.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
Cancel your membership anytime and keep access through the paid period. Unused credit-pack credits can be refunded within 30 days of purchase; downloaded assets and spent credits are non-refundable.
Is there really a free option?
Yes. A free account browses the whole library, downloads 10 photos a month, and can watch every preview — no card required. Video downloads start with a membership or a credit pack.
