Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 24, 2026
At ArizonaStock, your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the steps we take to keep it safe. By using our Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
1. Information We Collect
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials via our identity provider (Clerk). When you make a purchase, our payment processor (Stripe) handles your payment information — ArizonaStock never stores full card numbers or sensitive financial data on our servers. We also collect standard usage data such as pages visited, assets previewed, and downloads completed in order to improve the Service.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to: (a) create and manage your account; (b) process credit purchases and download transactions; (c) display your download history and credit balance in your Dashboard; (d) send transactional emails such as purchase confirmations; (e) detect and prevent fraudulent or abusive activity; and (f) improve and personalize your experience on the platform.
3. Data Storage and Security
All user data is stored in encrypted databases hosted on secure cloud infrastructure. We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit, encrypted storage at rest, access controls, and regular security audits. While we take every reasonable precaution, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
4. Cookies and Tracking
ArizonaStock uses essential cookies to maintain your session and authentication state. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or sell your browsing data to advertisers. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect the functionality of the Service.
5. Sharing of Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We share data only with: (a) Clerk, our authentication provider, to manage user identity; (b) Stripe, our payment processor, to handle credit purchases; (c) cloud infrastructure providers bound by data processing agreements; and (d) law enforcement when required by applicable law. All third-party partners are contractually obligated to protect your data.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account information for as long as your account remains active. Download history and credit transaction records are retained for a minimum of three years for legal and accounting purposes. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by contacting us — noting that transaction records required for legal compliance may be retained for longer periods.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights under applicable privacy laws (such as GDPR or CCPA) including the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; correct inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; object to or restrict certain processing; and receive a portable copy of your data. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us via the About page.
8. Children's Privacy
ArizonaStock is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a child has provided us with their information, please contact us immediately.
9. Third-Party Links
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised policy on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. If changes are material, we will notify you via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
11. Contact Us
